Sugar

Folic acid (vitamin B9)

A water-soluble vitamin essential for the growth and development of the circulatory and immune systems.

Pyridoxine

It is a form of vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 acts as a stimulant in the metabolic process. It is a protein coenzyme involved in the processing of amino acids and regulates protein absorption. Pyridoxine also contributes to the production of blood cells and their colouring pigment, hemoglobin, and to the equal supply of glucose to cells.

Pantothenic acid

Pantothenic acid is essential for the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, amino acids and the synthesis of essential fatty acids, cholesterol, histamine, acetylcholine, and hemoglobin. The most important effect of pantothenic acid is its ability to stimulate the production of adrenal hormones, glucocorticoids, making it a powerful tool in the treatment of conditions such as arthritis, colitis, allergies, and heart disease.

Nicotinic acid

Vitamin, hypolipidemic and specific antipellagric. It is involved in the metabolism of fats, proteins, amino acids, purines; cellurar respiration; glycogenolysis, and biosynthesis processes. It dilates small blood vessels  (especially in the brain), improves microcirculation, and has a mild anticoagulant effect, improving the fibrinolytic activity of the blood. Furthermore, it also has a detoxifying effect.

Vitamin C

It is used in beverages as an antioxidant. It is one of the most important substances in the human diet, necessary for the proper functioning of connective and bone tissues. It has the biological function of reducing agent and cofactor of some metabolic processes. It improves bile secretion, restores the exocrine function of the pancreas, and the incretory function of the thyroid gland. It increases the body's resistance to infections.

Caffeine

Stimulates the central nervous system, strengthens cardiac function, accelerates the pulse, causes vasoconstriction, and has diuretic effects. In medicine, caffeine is used as an ingredient in headache and migraine medications, as a respiratory and cardiac stimulant in the treatment of colds, to improve mental and physical performance, and to eliminate drowsiness.

Taurine

Taurine is involved in lipid metabolism, enhances energy and metabolic processes, and is a component of bile acids (taurocholic, taurodeoxycholic) that help emulsify fats in the intestine. In the central nervous system, it acts as an inhibitory neurotransmitter function and has some anticonvulsant effect.
